Return & Refund Policies
- You have 15 days from the time you receive your product to seek a refund. If your request is approved, it will take an additional 4-5 days to execute the return. This is in accordance with our 15-day return and refund policy.
- In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned with all tags attached, unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the exact condition that you received it. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
- The refund will be initiated after the product is received. Refunds take 3-5 business days to appear in your original form of payment.
We reserve the right not to accept return of products which we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us at support right away if anything is damaged, defective or missing.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Unfortunately, discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.
- If the order is placed during a sale and is returned to us, only the amount you paid will be refunded; the current product price will not be included.

- Your item must be returned in the exact same condition as you received it, with all tags still intact, unused, and unwashed. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
- The exchange will be initiated after the product is received. Exchanges take 6-7 business days to process. You shall receive the new shipping details once we receive the original product at the warehouse.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- You must first receive and then return the order if you want to cancel an already-shipped item.
